  8. Any products supplied by us and the materials used in completing services for the Customer will remain the property of Emergency Locksmith Melbourne until payment is received in full.
  9. Payment terms for Emergency Locksmith Melbourne approved account Customers are 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  10. Late payments will be subject to an overdue fee (contact us for more details).
  11. Any products correctly supplied and accepted will be subject to a handling or restocking fee if returned.
  12. Goods accepted for return must be in good and resalable condition.
  13. Non-stock items ordered by the Customer are not eligible for returns.
  14. Any disagreements or queries regarding an invoice needs to be in writing to Emergency Locksmith Melbourne within seven days of the invoice date.
